KEY FEATURES

Multi-Framework Compatibility

Works out of the box with:

  • ESX
  • QBCore
  • Qbox
  • vRP
  • Standalone

Includes automatic framework detection through a flexible bridge system.

Modular Menu Integration

Choose the menu system that best fits your server:

  • ox_lib context menus with position control and automatic exit callbacks
  • qb-menu using standard QBCore exports
  • esx_menu_default with classic ESX alignment and callbacks
  • Custom menu adapter for integration with other menu resources
  • Automatic mode to detect supported menu resources

In-Game HUD Position Editor

Use /defconpos to visually drag and reposition the DEFCON status badge and announcement banner directly in-game.

Position adjustments are saved globally to the database, allowing administrators to customize the interface without manually editing coordinates.

Dual Visual Interface

LDefcon includes two complementary UI elements:

  • Permanent DEFCON Badge: Displays the currently active alert level from DEFCON 1 to DEFCON 5, featuring custom styling and glow effects.
  • Dynamic Announcement Banner: Displays a large, animated broadcast banner whenever the city's alert level changes.

Smart HUD Overlap Protection

Automatically hides the permanent HUD badge while interacting with supported selection menus, helping prevent overlapping elements, visual clipping, and interface conflicts.

Built-In Audio Notifications

Includes a notification sound system with configurable volume controls and the ability to enable or disable audio for individual DEFCON tiers.

Database Persistence

Powered by oxmysql, LDefcon saves the active DEFCON level and global HUD coordinates, keeping the city's alert status synchronized across server restarts.

Flexible Permission System

Choose the permission method that suits your server:

  • Framework Permissions: Restrict access based on jobs, ranks, and administrator groups.
  • ACE Permissions: Use native FiveM ACE permissions.
  • Combined Mode: Allow access through either framework-based authorization or ACE permissions.

You can also configure minimum rank requirements for individual alert levels, allowing you to reserve critical alerts, such as DEFCON 1, for command staff.

Multilingual Support

Fully localized in:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese

Localization covers the NUI, commands, and developer console logs.

Optimized Performance

Designed for efficiency, with an advertised idle resource usage of 0.00 ms. Synchronization is handled through FiveM StateBags to minimize unnecessary processing.

Tebex & Escrow Friendly

Configuration files, locale files, and the framework bridge remain unencrypted inside the shared/ folder.

Customize framework logic, permissions, localization, and menu integrations without modifying the protected core files.
